DALE SMITH, PhD

PROCESS CONTROL

Dale has a PhD in Chemical Engineering and has been at the forefront of developing improved control methods for oil refineries, including advanced multivariable control. He is an industry expert in process control design and optimization.

Dr. Arcuri has over 35 years of experience in the chemical process area with catalyst development, experimental design, data workup and performance evaluation in areas of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis, gasification, pyrolysis, autothermal and steam reforming, methanol production, syngas fermentation to ethanol and hydroprocessing.

The principals of the Company, its consultants and its partners have extensive experience utilizing various aspects of the Technologies to process the targeted feed stocks into synthetic high-value transportation fuels, renewable energy and other valuable products. Carbon2Fuels has developed a business strategy and team that systematically acquires or licenses new technologies to augment its existing Technologies and that can be applied to a diversified portfolio of thermo-chemical conversion projects that are currently in various stages of development.

The Strategic Partnership and JV approach (Partner not Competitor) has brought together leading energy companies to acquire long term feed stock supply and off take agreements for the products produced by the separate JV and independent facilities. These long term contract together with experienced and qualified Engineering, Procurement and Construction provide all the components to transform ideas into reality.
