Carbon2Fuels, LLC (“C2F”) is a forward thinking “Waste-to-Fuel” (“WTF”) company that seeks to utilize its patented and proprietary advanced thermo-chemical conversion technologies (“Technologies”) to process “low” or “no cost” feedstock into synthetic and bio-based, high value transportation fuels and energy products. C2F was organized in Utah in May of 2014 as a limited liability company. Its strengths can be traced to the experiences and expertise of its founders, joint venture partners and those with whom it has developed strategic alliances. C2F will integrate and coordinate the depth of experience and expertise with its Technologies to Build, Own and Operate what are expected to be highly profitable WTF and Waste-to-Energy (“WTE”) facilities or serve as a key vendor for other projects utilizing its Technologies.

Utilizing the commercially recognized Technologies including those licensed from Haakon, LLC parent of C2F (“Haakon”), C2F seeks to transform coal and non-recyclable wastes such as used passenger tires, municipal solid waste, medical waste and biomass into synthetic and bio-based high value transportation fuels, blending distillates, carbon black, activated carbon and industrial gases including methane, hydrogen and CO₂. As the market for Hydrogen fuel develops, C2F will be very well positioned to provide inexpensive, high quality H₂ for fuel cells, transportation applications, combustion and electricity.
